My favourite raw chocolate recipe

I have been making raw chocolate for a couple of years now and I wanted to share my all time favourite recipe. All you need is the following:

Raw cacao powder, raw cacao butter, coconut oil, coconut milk, spirulina, agave syrup, sea salt and maca powder.

To actually make raw chocolate you only need cacao powder, coconut oil and cacao butter. Those are the main ingredients and the others just add flavour (and goodness). As a rule of thumb, the ratio with cacao powder and cacao butter is 2:1. So add double the powder as you have the butter. Here I had 0.5 dl of cacao butter and 1 dl of powder. Coconut oil, just  2-3 tablespoons.

For the “add-ons”, you only need one teaspoon. So one teaspoon of spirulina, maca powder and coconut milk. 1 tablespoon of agave syrup should be enough but you can always add a bit more for a sweeter taste. And for the salt, only a hint to bring out the flavours.

Then just pour the mix to the moulds, pop it to the freezer and wait for a couple of hours and tadaa:
