In my opinion, there are not many things in the world (foodwise) that beat a pancake breakfast. I usually make the banana versions because a, they are super easy to make and b, they are a slightly healthier option. If you have not tested the pancakes before I really recommend to try them out immediately ’cause they are super delicious!
All you need is two eggs per banana. Generally you put one banana per one person and two eggs per one banana. Easy enough I hope! I usually mix them up in a blender and then fry them with coconut oil. I think the coconut oil adds some nice taste to them. Also it’s important not to keep the pan too hot ’cause they will burn very easily. Prepare in a mild temperature.
And they are ready! I always have them with berries and agave syrup or honey because I like them sweet but you can add whatever or have them just like that!
